La Vélobuissonnière takes you from Alençon, on the southern tip of Normandy, to the banks of the Loire at Saumur. This 250-kilometre (155 mi) route follows low-traffic roads and cycle paths that are ideal for riding. Here, I've divided it into four stages of 50 to 74 kilometres (31 to 46 mi) each. T
