The 11-stage WestfalenWanderWeg (Westfalen Hiking Trail) takes you 220 kilometres (136 mi), from the beginnings of industrialisation in the Ruhr area, through the Sauertal valley and the Arnsberg Forest in the Sauerland to the gentle ridges of the Egge Mountains in the Teutoburg Forest Nature Park.
