The first edition of The Atlas Mountain Race started fast and hard in Morocco, heading straight into the High Atlas with a run down the other side to the race's first checkpoint. Tough terrain and a bit of a nasty crash scuppered me badly, having to eventually withdraw from the race at checkpoint
